A non-exclusive license is granted to test drive the Demo
software for a period of 30 days, after which registration is required.
To install the software, just unzip to the
directory you choose

WipePro Professional 4.0 Features:
New to this release are the following features:
* Multiple Instance Support - You can run multiple copies of WipePro simultaneously for wiping more than a single disk at a time. Primarily for use with the new Scheduler. We don't recommend running 2 or more wipes simultaneously on a slow system, or on the same hard disk (no matter what partition scheme the disk is set up with). Faster systems will actually be able to handle simultaneous wipes without incident, but it is recommended to run on different physical disks (not just partitions on the same disk drive).
* File Search & Wipe - A great new feature that will conduct file name fuzzy searches, and searches based on file extensions. Actually locates files faster than the base Operating System. Once located, the commercial version of WipePro will allow you to multi-select individual or groups of files for deletion or wiping. If both types of search criteria are used, the actual scanning for files is conducted simultaneously in a multi-threaded search. This feature alone is well worth the upgrade to the Commercial Version!
* Wipe Scheduling - You can now schedule wipes of drives during periods of inactivity on local or mapped network drives! Great for nightly cleaning operations of free space. Not installed as a service, runs as a task of the current instance of a running copy of WipePro (minimizes conflicts with the Operating System). This is probably the most requested feature for the new version, and we have delivered it in the safest technical method.
* Update File Timestamps - An integrated TOUCH facility to update file times to the current clock and date setting. Commonly used by programmers to update file date/time stamps for version control.
* DriveInfo - A very useful integrated utility that quickly assesses a mapped disk drive for free space, and other characteristics. This feature is a real boon for System Administrators charged with keeping tabs on disk usage, it's fast and accurate, even across the Network.
* KView - An integrated HEX viewer that allows you to view nearly any file's contents. This can't be achieved with Windows Notepad, Word Processors, or other text based viewers. Great for forensic studies of file contents. Security Professionals will love KView for examining data contained in uncommon file formats.
* Integration of Several of Windows' utilities - Places menu links for several popular Windows utilities (already available with your System). These menu options are meant to be a timesaver when using WipePro.
* Full Support for Windows XP/XP Pro, and Windows Server 2003. Now has support for the latest versions of Windows. WipePro now supports the full breadth of the Windows Operating Systems from Win95 to 2003.
* Integrated Security Features - Provides useful security features for locking a Windows 2000/XP system, and has direct menu links for Log-Off, and the Task Manager. Now can display the Control Panel directly.
* Integrated menu link for Windows' defragmenter (Win2K/XP).
* A fully printable user manual in PDF format. Can be directly displayed from within WipePro Professional (if the Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed).

WipePro Professional General Product Description:
WipePro is a disk cleaning utility that provides for the cleaning of disk free space (space that was previously occupied by deleted files - files need to be emptied from the Recycle Bin and any other file deletion protection program prior to running a wipe). It is not a partitioning program. It also provides a way for you to format your floppy disks or hard disks using format routines within the Operating System. WipePro Professional is for legal uses ONLY. Any illegal use (as defined by U.S. Laws) will invalidate the license(s).
Note on Total Drive Wiping Utilities:
If you need a utility that will initialize or wipe a hard
disk drive without an OS installed, we suggest that you obtain a utility
designed to do that for you. One of the best freeware utilities to
accomplish this is Darik's Boot & Nuke. It can be obtained from
SourceForge.Net at the below URL:
Remember, this utility will wipe your entire drive (Operating System, Programs, and Data Area). It is intended to clean an entire drive and not just the unoccupied free space (as WipePro does). Following a full drive wipe you will have to reinstall your Operating System, programs, and data files. Make sure that this is what you really want to do.

Following an approved purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from RegSoft with the Registration Code for unlocking the Setup Archive. It is provided in the format of 5 groups of 5 characters (example: ABCDE-12345-FGHIJ-67890-KLMNO). This can then be copied from the email and pasted into the setup archive's password box. Once entered, the setup program will automatically install your software into the directory you choose. A helpful Icon is then placed on your desktop for quick use. You can also place shortcuts manually into any program group you choose, or run the main program directly from Explorer. Retain the order acceptance email message from RegSoft should you ever need to re-install the software.

The installation archives for commercial releases are encrypted to protect our intellectual
rights. It requires a registration code to be entered prior to running the
Setup Program. Attempts to decrypt the archive without a valid purchased
